Islandwide Delivery Coverage

We deliver to every district across Sri Lanka through our trusted courier partners, ensuring your orders arrive safely and promptly.

Delivery Time

- Colombo & Suburbs: 2–3 working days - Outstation Areas: 3–5 working days - Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & Mercantile Holidays). - Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

- Delivery charges vary based on your location. - FREE Delivery when you buy any 3 items or more or during selected promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your order status anytime.

Special Delivery Instructions

At checkout, you can add notes under “Delivery Information” for any special directions or requests. Our team will make every effort to accommodate them.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If we’re unable to locate your address or contact the recipient, our delivery team will call to confirm directions or reschedule the delivery. Please ensure your contact details and address are correct to avoid delays.

Delivery Responsibility

All EVORO packages are securely packed before dispatch. If you notice any visible damage or missing items upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.
